Pelaksanaan Nyadhar didasarkan pada perhitungan pergeseran bintang antara, 21 Maret dan 21 Juni. Pada posisi itu bintang Kartika dan Nanggele (bintang bajak) muncul dari arah timur, suatu pertanda datangnya musim kemarau( Nemor),yang ditunggu-tunggu para petani garam untuk bertani garam.
Dalam Nyadhar ada beberapa persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi. Misal, pelaksanaan upacara tidak boleh sebelum 12 Maulid.
Selamatan yang diadakan tidak boleh melebihi besarnya selamatan Maulid dan peserta upacara terlebih dahulu merayakan Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW.
Upacara Nyadhar juga mensyaratkan keberhasilan (kesucian) bagi
para peserta upacara. Yakni, hubungan antara suami istri dalam rumah
tangga harus harmonis, rukun lahir batin.
Perempuan yang tengah haid (menstruasi) atau nifas tidak diperkenankan mengikuti upacara. Biaya upacara harus berasal dari hasil usaha yang halal dan bukan pinjaman (utang).
Upacaranya akan dipimpin empat berdasarkan asal-muasal leluhurnya. Mereka memimpin bersama-sama tidak ada yang mendominasi, tidak ada kekuasaan mutlak.
Tiap keputusan merupakan hasil keputusan musyawarah dengan tokoh lainnya. Tokoh yang berasal dari keturunan Syeh Kuasa yang mengesahkan hasil keputusan. Para pemimpin itu dibantu seorang penghulu yang dilantik pada saat dilaksanakan upacara Nyadhar.
Bulan Juli merupakan pelaksanaan Nyadhar pertama. Para pemimpin upacara yang mengenakan pakaian khas yang disebut rasogan racok saebu duduk bersila di depan pintu asta yang tertutup rapat.
Menginjak matahari merendah di ufuk barat, sekitar 16.00 WIB pintu asta dibuka. Para peziarah berebut masuk, sedangkan pintu begitu kecil. Maka menjadi pemandangan yang biasa apabila ada peziarah pingsan karena berebut masuk.
Beberapa di antara mereka yang terjungkal karena terdorong oleh yang lain. Namun, tidak ada emosi di antara mereka. Yang ada hanya hasrat supaya lebih dulu mencapai makam leluhur dan segera mengiring doa.

Keesokan harinya dilanjutkan dengan acara haul (kaoman). Para pemimpin upacara berdiri di depan peserta haul yang di depannya ada panjeng yakni sebuah piring besar tempat meletakkan nasi tumpeng dan dihiasi dengan telur dadar yang diiris-iris kecil dan diletakkan di atasnya. Kemudian sajian tersebut ditutup dengan tanggik (anyaman yang terbuat dari daun lontar).
Setelah didoai, serentak tanggik dibuka dan peziarah menyantap nasi yang ada di dalamnya, satu-dua suap saja. Berikutnya, makanan itu oleh peserta dimasukkan ke bakul besar untuk dibawa pulang ke rumah masing-masing.
Pada Agustus, Nyadhar kedua, diadakan upacara yang sama. Bila pada Nyadhar pertama dan kedua dilakukan di sekitar asta Syeh Anggasuto, Syeh Kabasa, Syeh Dukun, dan Syeh Bangsa yang ada di Desa Kebundadap Barat pada Nyadar ketiga dilakukan di desa Pinggir Papas. Konon hal ini berangkat dari nadar Syeh Dukun yang juga ingin melakukan syukur, tetapi hanya di lingkungan rumahnya atau di antara keluarganya sendiri.
Di Nyadhar ketiga ini, ada yang unik yakni pada malam harinya, diiringi kesenian macapat atau membaca serat yang ditulis dengan huruf Jawa kuno dan dituangkan dalam media daun lontar. Cerita pertama dalam macapat adalah Jatiswara yang mengisahkan jalannya nyawa dan raga dari perjalanan hidup manusia. Dilanjutkan cerita kedua yakni Sampurnaning Sembah yang mengisahkan jalannya bakti manusia kepada Sang Pencipta.
Kini Nyadhar telah menjadi tradisi, tidak hanya milik orang Pinggir Papas, tetapi sudah menjadi kekayaan budaya dan tradisi di Sumenep. Madura. Keabadian tradisi itu sebagai perlambang bahwa masyarakat Sumenep selalu menghormati leluhurnya dan tetap menjaga diri.

Brute force cracking is not possible, since the program delays for some time once a password is entered.
